D: Video Analysis 9:30A

• In-water filming of you swimming using high-quality, Hi-Def, equipment
• Your swim stroke is recorded both above and below the water
• On-deck analysis using advanced computer software and video/audio recording tools
• During our analysis, we look to find the simplest 1 to 3 aspects of your swim stroke to help you improve the most, based on your current swim type and swimming goals
• In-water drill and stroke correction session to help you actually learn what your new swim stroke should feel like using drills or other methods
• A digital copy on a portable USB drive of your raw swim footage including the on-deck analysis complete with computer screen-capture and audio.
• 30-days of complimentary access to a virtual coaching platform called the Swim Smooth Guru
• A plan of how to continue improving your swimming, geared towards your personal goals!

• Swimming gear, i.e. swim suit, cap, goggles, and towel.
• A pair of fins (of the swimming variety, i.e. flexible rubber).
• An open mind and the willingness to learn new skills to help you improve!

     If you are unable to attend, please notify Coach Linda (561-373-1440) more than 2 hours prior to your private session and your registration fee will be refunded less any fees.  Anytime thereafter you will unfortunately forfeit $75 of your registration fee.
