Open Water practice: (seasonal)
IF you swim open water on your own, please do so with a buddy and with a bright swim cap & safety buoy. Contact Coach Linda to get yours now!
- Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays - at sunrise
- Saturdays - 9am
Most open water swims are in the Intracoasal south of Coral Cove Park on Jupiter Island.
Sometimes open water swims are in the Ocean at Loggerhead Park in Juno Beach.
The open water swims are no longer led by a Palm Beach Masters coach or with a lifeguard in a kayak. They are organized by a group of swimmers who love to swim open water. Contact Coach Linda for more info.
